This salad will primarily appeal to lovers of unusual combinations of sweetish fruits with meat, fish, chicken or, as here, crab sticks. The combination of products in the salad is really unusual, but everyone who has tried it at least once has never given up the addition. If you want to experiment with unconventional combinations of familiar products, I advise you to try it.
To make a puff salad with crab sticks and pineapple, prepare all the necessary foods from the list.
Mix mayonnaise with pressed garlic.
Grate cheese and eggs, mix with garlic mayonnaise, put a third of this mass in a salad dish. Top with half of the small diced crab sticks. You can pepper or salt a little, I didn't.
Drain the syrup from the pineapples and place half of the slices on the crab sticks.
Then add another third of the cheese and egg mass. Again, if necessary, you can add a little salt or pepper.
