Salad "Radushie" is not only tasty and nutritious, but also a real source of vitamins, so necessary for us in the period of their deficiency. All puff salads have the right to be considered festive for their original presentation. And the taste of this dish can be appreciated only when you taste it. And for this you need to cook it!

To prepare the salad, you need to take canned food "Sardines in oil", sea pickled cabbage, chicken eggs, large beets, green onions and mayonnaise.

Remove the sardines from the pot and mash with a fork.

Boil the beets in the peel until soft, cool, peel and finely grate.

Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, counting from the beginning of the boil of the liquid, and then lower them into cold water, dry, peel, cool and also grate on a fine grater.

Lightly chop the seaweed.

Wash green onions, dry and cut into thin rings.

Lay the salad in layers in a forming ring. 1st layer - sardines.
