The "Watermelon Slice" salad is so called because it repeats the shape of a watermelon. It can be prepared from seasonal vegetables and cheese, and if you add chicken breast and eggs to the salad, it will also be satisfying. Such a bright salad looks very nice on the table - in summer and autumn, putting such a salad on the table can mislead guests, since if you do the job well, at first glance it will look like a real watermelon skip. In winter, this salad will become a vivid reminder of summer.

To prepare this salad, I used the following products: chicken fillet, hard cheese, eggs, two-color bell peppers, tomato, onion, olives, fresh dill and mayonnaise.

Pre-cook the chicken fillet in salted water, cool and cut into cubes.

Cut the green bell pepper into small cubes and chop the dill.

Dice the red pepper along with the tomato.

Put the chicken fillet in the shape of a watermelon skib on a dish and apply a mayonnaise mesh. Then lay out the diced onions. If the onion has a pungent smell, then it is better to pour over it with boiling water to soften the taste. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Grate eggs and put them on top of the onions, apply a net of mayonnaise.

Cover the eggs with hard cheese, which should be grated on a fine grater and proceed to decorate the top layer.

Mix green pepper with dill and make a strip along the outer contour of the fold.

Then from the red pepper mixed with the tomato, put the pulp inside the skibka and make seeds from the chopped olives. Salad ready!
