Ingredients
Boiled chicken fillet - 2 pcs. (250-300 g)
Cucumber - 1 pc.
Prunes - 8-10 pcs.
Walnut kernels - 50-60 g
Boiled chicken egg - 2 pcs.
Mayonnaise - 1.5 tablespoons
Green onions - 3-4 stalks

Salad with prunes, chicken and cucumber is not high-calorie, tasty and juicy, has a slight spring aroma, especially if you add green onions to the dish instead of the usual onions. It is ideal for taste with boiled chicken eggs and fresh cucumber. You can serve the salad both on weekdays and on the festive table, cutting and decorating it in a new way each time.
Boil the chicken fillet or other part of the chicken carcass with meat in advance for 30 minutes and then refrigerate. Grind the walnuts into crumbs. Also boil hard-boiled chicken eggs in advance for 15 minutes, cool in ice water. You can cut the ingredients to your liking: finely, coarsely, grate with large cells or with small ones.
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Cut the chilled boiled chicken into medium cubes, put in a deep container.
Rinse fresh cucumber, cut off the tails from the fruit. Cut vertically in half, then into quarters, cut into slices and place in a container.
Peel and rinse chilled boiled chicken eggs. Cut into medium cubes, add to the rest of the ingredients. Optionally, leave 1 yolk for decorating the dish.
Rinse prunes, cut in the same way, add to a salad bowl. If the dried fruits are dry, soak them in boiling water for 10 minutes before cutting.
Rinse the green onion stalks, chop, add to the container.
Lay out the mayonnaise of your chosen fat content, salt and pepper. Mix the entire contents of the container gently.
If you left 1 boiled yolk in advance for decorating the dish, then put the prepared salad in the culinary ring, remove the ring and sprinkle the dish with ground walnuts, and then chopped chicken yolk.
