Emerald Bracelet salad is a spectacular and tasty salad for a festive table, which is laid out in the form of a ring. The composition of the salad is very light, but at the same time nourishing due to chicken and cheese. The top of the lettuce is covered with thinly sliced kiwi wedges and a little sprinkled with walnuts. The salad looks very nice and is suitable for any occasion. For the salad, you need to pre-cook chicken fillet, the rest of the products will only require cutting.
Cut the boiled fillet into cubes. Place a wide glass on a flat round dish in the center and place the fillet in the form of a ring around it. Apply mayonnaise at random with mesh, stripes or drops.
Cut the olives into half rings and place them on top of the chicken. Then apply some mayonnaise as well.
Cut a fresh cucumber into cubes and put it on top of the olives, salt and grease with mayonnaise.
Grate the hard cheese, put it on top of the cucumbers. Grease the cheese with mayonnaise.
Slice the kiwi thinly. Lay it out on top as your imagination tells you.
Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top of the salad. You can additionally garnish with halved nuts. Then carefully remove the glass and carefully place the sliced kiwi inside the ring. The salad can be served immediately.
