But after a few hours of the feast, the salad invariably begins to wind up, and in order for it to have a tasty appearance, it must be stirred frequently. I'll show you how to solve this problem. I have been using the idea of serving Olivier in ham for a very long time - it is tasty, beautiful and always popular with guests both as a salad and as an appetizer.
Use the ingredients to make the Olivier in Ham salad. Vegetables should be washed with a brush under running water. You need good quality ham, cut on a slicer. I want to say right away that a doctor's sausage is not good, it breaks when chipped with a skewer.
Boil vegetables and eggs until tender, cool, peel.
