Favorite salad since childhood. At home, not a single holiday was complete without him. Delicious, healthy and ready to cook in minutes.
Take raw carrots, walnuts, garlic and mayonnaise.
You will need three medium-sized carrots. We clean it, wash it and three on a grater with fine holes. Some people prefer large holes, but for me this is better when the salad has a more uniform structure and is made juicier by chopping.
Grind the walnuts in a blender, food processor or like me using a cutting board and rolling pin.
Add nuts to carrots.
Put the garlic to taste. Two small teeth were enough for me.
Season the salad with mayonnaise. Two tablespoons are enough.
Mix all the ingredients. You can add salt and pepper, but I didn't.
Delicious, healthy and very fast.
Serve as a snack on weekdays and holidays.
