A simple but delicious salad with champignons, corn and cucumbers is suitable for all occasions: from a family dinner to a lavish feast!

Even with a minimum of food, a real chef will be able to prepare a delicious dish, especially if there are fresh mushrooms available. Such a dish is a salad with champignons and corn, which can easily be served both at the dinner table and at the festive table!
It is tasty, juicy and not very high in calories, although it contains both vegetable oil and mayonnaise. If you like to add green or onions to such salads, you can include them in the list of ingredients. I cook such appetizers without him, preferring to chop the onions separately so that the one who loves him can add the chopped onions to the plate himself.
Instead of champignons, you can also use oyster mushrooms, only they need to be fried a little longer due to the density of the product.
Prepare all the ingredients for the mushroom and corn salad: boil the chicken eggs for 15 minutes and cool sharply in ice water. Rinse the cucumber and cut off the ends.
Cut the vegetable horizontally in half, and then in half slices, pouring the slices into the container.
Add canned corn, squeezed from the marinade, there. It is advisable to give these two products 5-7 minutes. During this time, liquid will be released from them, which will need to be drained. If this is not done, then the salad you have prepared can "float" within 10 minutes.
Rinse the champignons thoroughly. Then cut in half and slice. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the mushroom slices in it for 10 minutes. Do not forget to salt and pepper it.
Let the sautéed slices cool and add to the bowl with the corn and cucumber.
Peel the boiled chicken eggs and rinse them in water to be sure that not a single piece of the shell is caught. Cut them into large pieces and pour into a container.
Season salad with mushrooms and corn, pepper and season with mayonnaise. Stir gently and place in bowls or bowls for serving.
