This is a very simple and hearty salad. Beans are a very healthy product containing many macro and microelements. The protein in beans is very similar in composition to that of fish and meat. Beans are high in B vitamins and minerals.
The fiber contained in beans gives a feeling of satiety, has a beneficial effect on the state of many organs, including the kidneys, liver, gastrointestinal tract, and lowers blood sugar levels.
So, to make a quick salad with beans, we need beans, onions, carrots and an egg. Boil the beans in advance, or you can take canned beans.
Cut the onion into half or quarter-rings, grate the carrots on a medium grater.
