Lemon juice - 2 tbsp;
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp;
Mustard - 1 tsp;
Garlic - 1 clove;
Parmesan cheese - 20 grams;
Black pepper to taste.

Ingredients: Take grated Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, boiled eggs, garlic and vegetable oil.
Boil the eggs, peel and chop coarsely. Cut the garlic into pieces. Prepare the cheese I have already chopped.
Place all ingredients in a blender for whipping. Pour in vegetable oil.
Add mustard and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Beat everything with an immersion blender until smooth. Try what is missing in the taste, if you need to add salt or add lemon juice.
The salad dressing is ready. Pour it into a jar with a lid and store in the refrigerator. It can last for several days.
