It is difficult to deny the usefulness of salad with vegetables and seafood. But this salad is also incredibly tasty! A bright appearance will definitely cheer you up. The salad is prepared very quickly, so this recipe should be taken in case of unexpected guests. Such a salad is also suitable for a festive table. It will be quite contrasting after an abundance of dishes overloaded with mayonnaise.
To prepare a light salad "More" we need seafood: octopus, squid, mussels and shrimps. A great option is to buy a seafood cocktail. But if the shops in your city are rich in a variety of seafood, then you can only buy the seafood that you love the most. You will also need chicken eggs, tomatoes, bell peppers, dill. For the dressing, we use olive oil, sesame seeds and lemon juice.
Cut the tomato into small cubes. You do not need to drain the tomato juice, let it mix with the salad dressing.
Wash sweet or bell peppers, peel and cut into thin strips.
Chicken eggs need to be boiled "hard boiled", cooled, peeled and cut into pieces equal in size to tomatoes.
Boil seafood for 25-30 minutes in salted water. Then fold in a colander and rinse.
For the salad, you can take any greens. But dill is recognized as one of the most successful combinations with seafood. Here we wash it and chop it finely.
