I love beets very much and have been collecting recipes with them for a long time. I got this salad from a friend and liked it so much that I prepared it the very next day. My family really enjoyed this dish. The taste is delicate, and only garlic with mayonnaise gives it a slight piquancy. There were no indifferent people!
To prepare beetroot salad with crab sticks, you need to take fresh beets, crab sticks, hard cheese, chicken eggs, garlic, mayonnaise and salt.
Pour the beets with hot water, boil until soft, put under running cold water and hold for 10 minutes, and then peel, grate and cool.
Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, counting from the beginning of the boil of the liquid, put them in cold water, dry, peel, cut into small cubes and cool.
Chop the crab sticks.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Peel a clove of garlic from the dry shell and grate on a fine grater or pass through a press.
Add garlic to mayonnaise.
