I have long wanted to make this salad and finally decided. He will be very useful for dinner with his "second half" on Valentine's Day and not only. In Eastern philosophy, Yin is a symbol of the masculine, and Yang is a symbol of the feminine principle: black and white. They are completely opposite, but still one and indivisible. I selected the composition of this salad myself based on my taste sensations and choosing the ingredients so that the dish could be properly decorated. Choose according to your taste what you like best.
For the salad, I used rice, chicken fillet, canned pineapples, eggs, hard cheese, olives and mayonnaise. Rice and eggs should be pre-cooked.
Cut the chicken fillet into strips and fry in vegetable oil. Then cut into cubes.
Put the rice on a dish, smooth and grease with mayonnaise.
Put the chicken on top.
Then lay out the pineapple pieces and brush again with mayonnaise.
Divide boiled eggs into whites and yolks. Grate separately. Put the yolks on top of the pineapples. Apply mayonnaise.
Sprinkle the yolks with grated hard cheese.
Grease the cheese with mayonnaise. Chop the olives finely and decorate the top of the salad with the yin-yang symbol using olives and egg whites.
