Beetroot salad with pickled mushrooms and cucumbers, green peas and potatoes. Almost a vinaigrette and just as delicious!

Pickled mushrooms - 200 g
Pickled cucumbers - 3 pcs.
Green onions - 5 pcs.
Green peas - 100 g
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

This salad, as they say, is from simple, but delicious. Very similar to vinaigrette, but still differs from it in composition. I hope vegetarians enjoy it too. Mushrooms for salad are better to take pickled, already brought to taste, with acid and spices.
Ingredients:
Boil the beets and potatoes. Cut the potatoes into small cubes, I like the smaller ones.
Peel the beets and also finely chop, combine with potatoes.
