"Caesar" with salmon is one of the variations of the non-classic "Caesar" salad. This dish is prepared from lightly salted fish or from heat-treated (fried, baked, steamed, etc.). The salad looks more spectacular with quail eggs and cherry tomatoes, but it is not bad with chicken eggs and ordinary large tomatoes.
Prepare your ingredients.
Cook eggs in advance. Wash and dry the salad.
Slice the bread and fry in olive oil, add salt and chopped garlic to taste.
Cut the fish into thin slices.
Grate the Parmesan cheese.
Tear lettuce leaves with your hands.
Add some Caesar sauce to them.
Then add pieces of salmon or trout, eggs and tomato slices.
Drizzle with the dressing, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Caesar salad with salmon is ready. Add flavored croutons when serving.
