An easy, quick and at the same time delicious squid salad. Even those who are on a diet can afford it, unless, of course, mayonnaise is replaced with fat sour cream or yogurt. Also, such a crab-squid salad can be served with a festive table.
1. For cooking, you need squid, crab sticks, eggs, purple onions, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, add to taste.
2. We wash the squid and boil as follows. Boil water, place the squid in boiling water, close the lid and turn off the heat. We take out the squids when they are completely cool. This will make them pink and very delicate. We clean it from the films, remove the chitinous core, rinse with cold water.
3. Cut the cooled squid into thin strips.
4. Boil hard-boiled eggs. Cut the eggs into thin half rings.
5. Cut the onion into thin quarters.
6. Finely chop the crab sticks.
7. Mix all the ingredients, add salt and pepper to taste.
8. Immediately before serving, season with mayonnaise. Salad with squid and crab sticks is ready.
