Chicken, Mushroom and Walnuts Salad is a hearty flaky salad to diversify your daily and festive menu. The chicken for this salad can be prepared in two ways: boil it, as I did, or bake the fillet in the oven and then cut it into cubes. For a beautiful presentation, such a salad can be laid out using a molding ring, and if you do not have one, feel free to cut the can on both sides and use it for laying out the salad.

Prepare all the ingredients you need to make your chicken, mushroom, and walnut salad. First you need to boil eggs and chicken fillet.

Cut the champignons and onions into cubes or quarter rings. Fry champignons with onions in a little sunflower oil. Fry until the mushrooms are a little browned, add salt and pepper at the end. Then cool the mushrooms and onions.

Cut the boiled chicken into cubes.

Peel and grate eggs.

Grate hard cheese, put in a bowl, add mayonnaise and garlic. Mix well.

Place the dish on a flat plate. Drop a little mayonnaise on the bottom. Lay out the layers one by one. Lay out the chicken in the first layer.
