If you still believe that you can make only one salad with crab sticks, then you are slightly mistaken. Try making a salad with mushrooms and crab sticks at home and you won't want to mix them with corn or rice anymore!
Such a colorful dish will occupy its niche on the festive table - it will certainly please those of the guests who prefer mushroom snacks. The salad is prepared for a very short time - you just have to wait for the fried mushroom slices to cool down, since you cannot put hot ingredients in dishes dressed with mayonnaise! This can shorten the shelf life of the snack.
Instead of champignons, you can use oyster mushrooms and other purchased mushrooms. Most importantly, you must be sure of their quality and edibility.
Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the salad. Defrost the crab sticks in warm water for about 5 minutes, and then remove the cellophane from them. Boil the eggs for 15 minutes beforehand and refrigerate immediately.
Rinse each champignon in water and cut them all into slices into a container.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the mushroom slices in it for 15-20 minutes. If you like to fry mushrooms with onions, then at this stage you can peel, rinse and chop the onion, then add it to the mushroom pan. After frying the mushrooms, be sure to let them cool!
Cut the crab sticks in half, and then cut into strips, pouring the slices into a container.
Rinse the cucumber in water, cut off its tails and also cut into strips.
Add the fried mushrooms to the bowl.
Peel boiled chicken eggs from the shell, and then rinse in water. Cut into cubes, adding to the rest of the slices.
Salt and pepper the salad to taste, season it with mayonnaise, stirring gently.
Serve your prepared mushroom and crab stick salad chilled.
