The Ryzhik salad is not only very tasty, but also cheerful and bright in appearance. Preparing quickly and easily! Almost any ready-made chicken meat is suitable: boiled, fried, baked or pastroma (there is a recipe on the website). For this variation, I roasted chicken breasts with curry and turmeric as a spice.
Prepare chicken meat, bell peppers, Korean carrots, canned corn, chips, mayonnaise and a little parsley:
Cut the chicken and bell peppers into small cubes.
Add them to a salad bowl, followed by Korean-style corn and carrots and toss.
Place part of the salad, slightly more than half on a flat dish. Add mayonnaise to taste.
Then lay out the second part of the salad, garnish with parsley and chips in any way: like flower petals, or simply sprinkle randomly.
Serve the salad with chips immediately.
