The salad is very light but hearty thanks to the eggs and corn. Vegetable oil and lemon juice are used instead of mayonnaise, which is usually seasoned with traditional crab stick salad.
Prepare a small Chinese cabbage, a pack of crab sticks, eggs, a jar of corn, lemon, and oil.
Boil hard boiled eggs. Cool it down. Clean up. Cut into cubes.
Chop the cabbage.
Salt the cabbage. Sprinkle it with lemon juice and remember a little with your hands to make it softer and even more tender.
Cut the crab sticks into large pieces.
Combine kale, eggs, crab sticks and add corn.
Stir the salad and season with vegetable oil.
Serve immediately.
