New Year 2015, the Year of the Goat (Sheep), is approaching, so this salad in the shape of a lamb will be very welcome on the festive New Year's table! I suggest this salad option. It combines very well all the ingredients, namely canned food "sardine in oil", cheese, carrots, olives, eggs and crumbly rice, which plays an important role - a sheep's coat made of rice looks natural and natural! And the "Sheep" salad is tender and airy, as the ingredients are laid out in layers, and its taste is original - I hope you enjoy:)
To make a lamb-shaped New Year's puff salad, prepare carrots, canned sardines in oil, onions, eggs, basmati rice, hard cheese, mayonnaise, pitted olives, salt, black pepper and water to boil the ingredients.
Boil carrots until soft, as well as hard-boiled eggs and crumbly rice until tender (in salted water). Cool boiled foods. Peel carrots and eggs. This is a layered salad, so lay out all the ingredients in layers, coat each of which or pour a thin stream of mayonnaise. Put the carrots (coarse grater) on a dish in the shape of a lamb's body, namely, form an oval with a bulge, and coat with mayonnaise.
