Radish salads are very juicy. This salad is low in calories and is perfect for a light dinner or lunch. Radish contains a large amount of coarse fiber and is very beneficial for digestion. You can simply dress such a salad with vegetable oil, or you can make a dressing based on the same oil and add a little mustard and lemon juice or wine vinegar.
Cut the cucumber into cubes.
