Cooking a quick and hearty potato and radish salad. You can even call it a salad lunch because you don't want anything else. The simplest combinations are often surprisingly tasty.
Sour cream dressing with garlic and mustard add completeness and piquancy to the salad. And especially delicious will be such a salad from young potatoes.
In the recipe, I indicated the cooking time with boiled potatoes.
To prepare potato salad with radishes, we will prepare all the products.
Put and boil the potatoes in their skins. Chop radishes, dill and green onions at random. Usually the radish is cut into thin rings or half rings, depending on the size of the radish.
Prepare the dressing in advance so that the mustard powder begins to act in it. To do this, mix all the declared ingredients, salt and set aside. A pinch of sugar can be added if desired.
Cool boiled potatoes, peel and cut into convenient slices.
In a salad bowl, mix all the vegetables together with herbs and dill.
Drizzle with the dressing, stir and serve immediately.
