There are many options for salad with chicken breast. The chicken breast and pear salad will certainly become one of your favorites. Lightness and juiciness of pear, tender chicken meat and delicious dressing - these are the undoubted advantages of this salad.
Boil rice and chicken breast in advance, and then cooking the salad will take a few minutes.
Cut the chicken meat into thin slices or fiber.
Wash the pears, cut into four parts, remove the seed capsule and cut into thin cubes. Save a few slices for garnish.
I boiled rice with the addition of my favorite paprika (for taste and beauty).
Squeeze the juice out of half a large orange.
Combine olive oil, orange juice and pepper mixture for a wonderful salad dressing. By the way, I did not add salt, but you salt to taste.
Finely chop the parsley and chop the nuts with a knife. Instead of parsley, you can take dill and other herbs, but still it is parsley that gives the salad the right note.
