A simple salad, but with a great combination of ingredients. If you put it in cocktail glasses, then it can perfectly decorate the festive table. If you don't like green onions, you can replace them with lettuce leaves.
Prepare the food you need.
Pour some water into a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Squeeze lemon juice into water. Throw the shrimp into the water. Remove the pan from heat and leave the shrimp in the water for 1-2 minutes. (No need to boil, since I use already boiled but frozen shrimp).
Take out the shrimp. Clean them up.
Boil eggs hard-boiled. Cool it down. Clean up. Cut into small cubes.
Wash and chop the onion.
Cut the cheese into small cubes.
Mix all ingredients. Add a little salt to the salad (keep in mind that the cheese is quite salty).
Season the salad with olive oil. Mix gently.
Decorate to your liking.
