Simple, tasty and bright vegetable salad with the addition of finely chopped meat from chicken legs.

Salad "Mosaic" can be prepared from almost any ingredients, the main thing is that they are in good harmony with each other and combined in a color scheme. Now is the time for fresh vegetables, so I decided to prepare a salad using cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers and herbs, and for satiety I added smoked chicken and corn to the salad. The salad is laid out in slides like a mosaic and put on the table in this form, and mixed just before use.
For the salad, take a smoked leg, cucumber, tomato, bell pepper, canned corn, fresh parsley, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Cut the pepper into cubes, the cucumbers into semicircles.
Cut the tomatoes into slices.
Cut the smoked chicken into cubes.
Place cucumbers, tomatoes and peppers on a flat plate. It should be laid out as fantasy tells. Season vegetables with salt and pepper.
Put smoked chicken in the center of the salad, along the edges in the intervals of corn slides.
Apply mayonnaise as a flower separator and serve the salad.
