A salad with beans, eggs and ham is a dish that can be made both winter and spring with minimal effort. Do you understand what I mean? I think everyone has recipes that are more associated with the cold season, and there are those that are eaten mainly in spring and summer. I really love salads with beans (but what a sin to conceal, I JUST LOVE BEANS!), And I cook them from a variety of product combinations. But the vast majority of recipes with canned beans I still somehow winter - heavy, satisfying. And this one can be done this way, or it can be done otherwise by adding fresh cucumber and LOTS of parsley to the three main ingredients. Lots of fresh herbs are very important! Actually, even without a cucumber, they remarkably deceive the senses, transferring us from winter frosts to a spring meadow. But with a cucumber salad "beans - eggs - ham "is also subjectively perceived as lighter in calorie content, this is such an interesting paradox. This, of course, is a deception of taste buds - thanks to beans, eggs and ham, the salad is hearty, the calories from it have not gone anywhere! But cucumber freshness together with parsley it doesn’t make you feel this. So, in general, dieters and losing weight, be careful! The longest time in this salad is hard-boiled eggs (about 11-13 minutes). After this time, the eggs will need to be knocked on a hard surface to break the shells on all sides, let them lie in cold water, and then peel them.

Cut the ham into small cubes.

Remove the tough twigs from the parsley, chop it somehow.

We combine all the ingredients, season the salad with beans, eggs and ham with sour cream, salt and pepper. Stir.
