Quick-cooking Korean marinated zucchini is a wonderful appetizer for meat or various side dishes. This appetizer will diversify your home menu. Preparing an appetizer is quite simple, and even a novice hostess can handle it. It is better to choose young zucchini for appetizers, without seeds inside.
Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the snack.
On a Korean grater, grate the zucchini and carrots. Place vegetables in a bowl.
Cut the onion and bell pepper into half rings. Add to carrots with zucchini.
Heat the sunflower oil until hot, pour over the vegetables and mix well immediately.
Then add ground coriander, black and red peppers, paprika, sugar, salt and chopped garlic.
Also add vinegar to the salad and mix all vegetables with spices again.
