Sorrel easily copes with this task, since it contains proteins, carbohydrates, fiber, organic acids, and is also a source of potassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium, iodine and iron. Sorrel dishes are very popular with vegetarians and people who lead a healthy lifestyle.

Today I want to share a recipe for a simple, but very tasty and healthy sorrel salad with egg and cucumber. I used homemade sour cream as a dressing, but you can also store sour cream, choose the fat percentage to your taste. Serve such a salad immediately after cooking. I recommend giving it a try.

Prepare the required set of ingredients.

The first step is to put the eggs to boil. Cook them hard-boiled - 9-10 minutes after boiling. Cool and clean. Then wash the herbs and cucumbers, let them dry. Cut off the coarse petioles of the sorrel, and tear the leaves into small pieces.

Finely chop the green onion and dill.

Cut the cucumbers into strips.

Cut the eggs lengthwise into quarters. Combine all ingredients.
