Rice - 0.5 cups
Pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Carrots - 2 pcs.
Mayonnaise - to taste

Here's a delicious puff salad with saury and rice. Canned saury is always very popular and your guests will definitely like this salad with their use. For a festive serving, the salad will be well spread using a special form. For several years now I have adapted to cook using a tin can, since I have no luck with a mold.
First, let's prepare the ingredients, we need to boil rice, carrots and eggs. Before laying out the layers of salad, cool all the ingredients.
For the first layer, put the rice on the bottom of the mold. Mash saury with a fork and place on top of the rice. Layers should be coated with mayonnaise so that the salad keeps its shape well.
The second layer we have are pickles, which must first be cut into small cubes.
In the third layer, on top of the cucumbers, lay out the grated boiled carrots.
Cut the onions into cubes and place on top of the carrots. Let's not forget about mayonnaise.
Grate eggs separately, yolks and whites. On top of the onion, first apply the whites, and then the yolks. Decorate the salad with herbs and as your imagination tells you.
Saury and rice salad is ready.
