Violetta salad with beets is a simple, unpretentious dish that pleasantly diversifies the menu on weekdays and will not get lost even on a festive table. Made on the basis of boiled beets, with the addition of a small amount of pickled cucumbers, hard or processed cheese, canned peas or beans, and a small amount of greens, the salad is prepared in a matter of minutes and turns out to be light, juicy and very delicate in taste. Try it!
