For most salads, apples and cheese have become quite common ingredients. These two ingredients can change the taste of the dish we are used to, adding spice and sophistication to it. I suggest preparing a tender and juicy carrot salad with apples, cheese and eggs.
Let's prepare products according to the list. Boil the eggs in advance.
Cut the onion into small cubes, pour boiling water over it. Then, after 2-3 minutes, drain the water, and discard the onion in a colander.
Let's prepare the rest of the products. Rub the cheese on a fine grater.
Grind the eggs peeled from the shell with a coarse grater.
