Beef tongue is a storehouse of nutrients! It contains vitamins of group B, PP, E and many microelements. This is a dietary product. They say that beef tongue has a beneficial effect on the nervous system! I don’t know how true this is, but I suggest you make a salad of beef tongue and mushrooms.
I had my tongue ready. Canned mushrooms must be taken.
To prepare a salad with tongue and mushrooms, we will prepare the products according to the list.
Cut the onions into half rings, sprinkle with sugar and pour boiling water over. This is how we get rid of the bitterness.
Cut the mushrooms into quarters, the tongue into cubes.
Also - into cubes - cut a cucumber.
Combine the chopped tongue, cucumber, mushrooms in a bowl. Drain the water from the onion and add it to a bowl. Salt and pepper to taste. Add mayonnaise and mustard.
