Cooking puff salad "Chanterelle". It can be prepared using chicken, veal or pork. The salad turns out to be very satisfying and is quite suitable as an independent dish. It can be served for breakfast or dinner, as well as on a festive table.
To prepare the salad, we need potatoes, boiled meat, onions, pickled cucumbers, carrots, hard cheese and mayonnaise. The potatoes should be boiled, cooled and grated on a medium grater. Place the potatoes on a dish in the first layer.
Brush the potatoes with mayonnaise and lay out the diced meat. I used baked pork.
Cut onions into cubes and place on top of the meat. If it seems to you that the onion is too vigorous, scald it with boiling water and rinse it with cold water. Apply mayonnaise on top of the onion.
Cut the pickled cucumber into cubes and place on top of the onion.
On a medium grater, grate the cheese and carrots separately. Grease cucumbers with mayonnaise, put carrots in the center, and sprinkle with cheese in a circle. However, you can lay out the salad as you wish.
I additionally garnished the salad with parsley leaves and pickled mushrooms. Give the salad some time to soak and serve.
