In a conversation, a friend mentioned an interesting composition of a salad from a local restaurant: chum salmon, cucumber, apple, dressed with mayonnaise and wrapped in an omelet. I wanted to experiment, I liked the result, so I share.
Take salmon, chum salmon, sockeye salmon, etc. as a low-salt red fish. If you have time, then salt it yourself, for example, according to this simple recipe from the site.
For the salad, prepare the ingredients according to the list.
Cut the apples into cubes or small slices and drizzle with lemon juice. Cut a fresh cucumber in the same way.
Peel the red lightly salted fish (here - salmon) from bones and cut into small pieces.
Mix eggs with water, salt and fry one or two thin but fluffy omelets.
Use mayonnaise of good quality and taste for dressing. For a more piquant dressing, you can mix the mayonnaise with the Worcester sauce.
Toss the ingredients with the dressing, add chopped fresh herbs (here - green onions) if desired. Roll the omelet and slice it across.
