Delicious, fresh, vitamin, healthy and not very high-calorie salad. Instead of Chinese cabbage, you can use lettuce leaves.

Prepare the ingredients you need to make your salad.

Peel the squid. Throw bay leaf and pepper into boiling water. Let the water boil for 10-15 minutes. Then dip the peeled squid into the water. After the water boils, count down 30 seconds and turn off the heat. Cover the saucepan with the squid and let it sit in hot water for 15 minutes.

Remove the finished squid and cut into strips.

Prepare shrimp. If they are frozen, then first they must be thawed, rinsed well. Dip in boiling water with a lemon wedge and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Then remove the shrimp from the pot. Let them cool slightly. Peel the shrimp.

Boil eggs hard-boiled. Cut into strips.

Cut the cucumber into strips.

Chop the Chinese cabbage.

Prepare a dressing. To do this, combine olive oil, mustard, juice from 2 slices of lemon and a little sugar. Stir until smooth.

Combine eggs, cabbage, cucumber and squid. Season with salt to taste.

Season the salad with the dressing and mix well. Add half of the shrimp to the salad and mix gently again. Place the salad on a plate and garnish with the remaining shrimp half.
