There is a whole month before the arrival of spring, and the spring mood is already dizzy. Crocuses and daffodils bloom on the windowsills, the sun is increasingly peeping out from behind the clouds, and more wholesome and light dishes appear on the tables. I hasten to share with you the recipe for one of such quick and affordable dishes - a salad of Peking cabbage, cucumbers and canned peas with sour cream and herbs.
Chop the Chinese cabbage thinly.
Cut the cucumbers into strips.
Drain the liquid from the canned peas. Combine cabbage, cucumbers, peas and finely chopped dill in a bowl.
Salt the salad, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper, season with sour cream. Stir.
Place in portioned bowls and serve.
