Ingredients for making "Spring" salad with cabbage and carrots.
Chop the cabbage. If the cabbage is of winter varieties, it is advisable to rub it with your hands so that it gives juice and becomes softer. Fresh cabbage of the new harvest is easy to chop, it is tender and juicy in itself.
Grate the carrots with strips or a coarse grater.
Chop a fresh cucumber.
Grate the radish in slices or cut into thin slices.
In a cup, mix all the ingredients, season with sugar, salt to taste, add ground pepper, sprinkle with vinegar, season with vegetable oil, stir. Instead of vinegar, you can season the salad with lemon juice.
