Beetroot salads are an inexhaustible source of vitamins and nutrients. Beetroot lowers blood pressure and cures tumor processes, and saturates the body with useful elements. In winter, a salad of beets without mayonnaise with prunes will be very useful.
It's easy to prepare it. To do this, you need to take the darkest beets, they are the sweetest and most juicy.
Prunes should be moderately soft.

Cut the prunes into strips.
