I offer you a recipe for an original salad, which may later be on the list of your favorite recipes. You can prepare this delicious and satisfying salad not only for any celebration, but also for a family lunch or dinner, because it is prepared quickly and easily.

For the salad with pineapple, prunes and chicken, prepare the products according to the list. Pre-dry the walnuts in the oven or in a pan. Rinse chicken meat and prunes under running water and dry. Throw the canned pineapples on a sieve.

Cut the chicken meat (for me - fillet) into plates of medium thickness. Season with salt.

We spread the meat in a frying pan preheated with vegetable oil, reduce the heat to moderate and fry the fillets until lightly browned on both sides. Alternatively, the meat can be boiled.

Let the fillet cool and cut into small pieces.

Cut the prunes in the same way as the meat. If your prunes are dry, then you must first fill it with hot water for 10 minutes.

Cut the nuts into small pieces.

Cut pineapple pieces into medium-sized cubes.

Put the chopped ingredients in a salad bowl, salt to taste and mix.

Add sour cream and stir the salad again. You can adjust the amount of sour cream at your discretion.

The original hearty salad with pineapples, prunes and chicken is ready. We put it in the refrigerator for an hour or two, so that it is infused, and then serve.
