Squid salads are loved by many. They are especially popular with the addition of various vegetables. Carrots and onions perfectly complement the taste of boiled squid and the salad is very tasty and nutritious. Vegetable oil is used as a dressing, on which vegetables are fried, which is quite enough.
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, add carrots, cut into thin strips, into it.
Cut the onions into thin feathers.
Add chopped onions to carrots.
Stir and fry, stirring occasionally.
Fry until fully cooked, 15 minutes. Try not to overcook vegetables.
Put the fried ready-made vegetables together with oil, put from the pan into a salad bowl.
To make the squids soft and keep their large size, they need to be cleaned of all films and chords, then put into boiling water, bring to a boil, count to 10 and immediately remove with a slotted spoon. Can be rinsed under running cold water. Cut the boiled squid into thin strips.
Add the squids to the cooled carrots and onions.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Gently mix all ingredients, add green onion feathers and serve.
