The pineapple and ham salad, despite the simplicity of preparation, has a great taste. Due to the presence of pineapple, it turns out to be very juicy. Each layer of salad must be greased with a small amount of mayonnaise. Therefore, I recommend that you take a low-calorie, and even better, homemade mayonnaise (see recipe).
For the salad, take canned pineapples, ham, eggs, hard cheese, bell peppers and mayonnaise.
Cut the ham into thin strips.
Also slice pineapples.
Grate the cheese.
Boil the eggs hard-boiled and cut into strips or, like cheese, grate on a coarse grater.
Lay out the salad in layers, you can portionwise, you can in one salad bowl. The layers are in the following order: ham - pineapple - cheese - eggs. Lubricate each layer a little with mayonnaise. Top with sliced sweet peppers.
