A simple and satisfying salad of any kind of smoked sausage with Chinese cabbage and other fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

Cold cured sausage - about 50 g

Mayonnaise-based sauces are suitable for dressing Peking cabbage salad with smoked sausage. For example, a sauce of mayonnaise, garlic, and Worcester sauce that echoes Caesar dressing.

The sausage in the composition can be of one grade or an assortment of different sausages (semi-smoked, uncooked smoked, smoked, etc.). The salad turns out to be voluminous in appearance and very satisfying, so the hostess can serve it on the festive table (in portions) and relax a little before serving the main dishes.

Prepare the ingredients for the peking cabbage salad with smoked sausages on the list.
