The French mistress salad is a delicious salad with an interesting composition. It is a very harmonious combination of raisins, nuts, chicken and orange.
Chicken fillet - 150 g

The French mistress salad is a very tasty salad with a rather interesting composition. It has a very harmonious combination of raisins, nuts, chicken, onions and oranges. In my opinion, such a salad will especially appeal to the female half, since it is light, contains a minimum of mayonnaise, but at the same time is quite satisfying. Therefore, the salad can be successfully offered for a bachelorette party.
Prepare the necessary products for the salad. I cooked the meat and carrots in advance.
Immediately you need to pour boiling water over the raisins so that they swell a little, then you need to rinse and dry them.
You should also pickle the onions: first pour boiling water for 5 minutes, then rinse with cold water. When excess water drains, add sugar and vinegar to the onion. Marinate onions for 20 minutes.
While the raisins are swelling and the onions are pickled, we are busy with the orange. It needs to be cleaned, divided into slices and peeled from films. Then break each slice into pieces.
Cut the fillet into cubes and arrange on the bottom of the bowls, pepper on top and grease with a little mayonnaise.
Put pickled onions on top of the fillets, distribute evenly.
Next, lay out the dried raisins.
Grate the carrots, place the raisins on top and add a little mayonnaise.
Grate hard cheese on a fine grater, sprinkle it on top of the carrots. You don't need to grease the cheese with mayonnaise, just apply a few drops to fix the nuts.
Then sprinkle with walnuts. It is not necessary to chop them strongly, it is better to chop with a knife.
Put orange slices on top of the nuts, I also wanted to decorate with pomegranate seeds. The French mistress salad is ready. You can serve it right away, it is juicy and delicious.
