Seafood salads are considered dietary, since they are usually very light and at the same time quite satisfying. Squid is an excellent source of protein with a minimum of calories. The combination of fresh cucumber with squid is classic. Eggs add satiety to the salad.
In this dish, special attention should be paid to the preparation of squid. It's very easy to digest. Today I will offer you the best, in my opinion, option for the successful preparation of squid.
So, to prepare a salad with squid, cucumber and egg, we need squids, cucumbers, eggs, mayonnaise, spices and green onions.
First, cut the cucumbers into circles, and then cut the circles into strips.
Wash the green onions, dry them with a paper towel and cut them into thin slices.
Now let's get to the squid. To do this, extract the chitinous plate and tentacles from the squid.
Cut the squid carcass lengthwise. We make cross cuts on the inside. We try not to cut through the carcass.
