The "Christmas wreath" salad is one of the festive salads prepared with various types of meat. Today I suggest the beef version. All the products in the salad are very affordable, and cooking does not take long if you cook the meat in advance. The salad can be decorated with dill sprigs, pomegranate seeds, corn, and candles, if you wish, can be made as in this salad.
To prepare the salad "Christmas wreath" with beef, prepare the necessary products. Boil meat, eggs and potatoes.
Cut the boiled beef into cubes.
Place a glass in the center on a flat plate. Grate the potatoes on a medium grater and put them around the glass, press down a little and brush with mayonnaise.
Then lay out the boiled beef and grease with mayonnaise as well.
Pour boiling water over the onion for 5 minutes, then rinse with cold water, add a little sugar and vinegar. Marinate onions for 10 minutes. Place the onion on top of the meat.
Cut the pickled cucumbers into cubes and place them on top of the onions. Brush the cucumbers with mayonnaise.
Grate eggs on a fine grater, put cucumbers on top. Apply a little mayonnaise to keep the dill sprigs well.
Free the dill branches from coarse stems, divide the rest into small branches. Spread out on the surface of the salad.
Carefully remove the glass and decorate the salad as you wish. I cut out figurines from hard cheese, decorated with olives, pomegranate seeds and corn. The Christmas Wreath salad with beef is almost ready. It remains to leave it to soak for a couple of hours, and you can serve it to the table.
Enjoy your meal!
