This salad is perfect for the New Year's table and it is not at all difficult to prepare it. Fish for salad can be lightly salted or smoked, any red fish will do. Iceberg lettuce can be substituted with lettuce or any greens of your choice.
Cut black bread into very small cubes or strips. It should be slightly dry.
Chop the tomato and cucumbers very finely.
Grind the potatoes and iceberg lettuce. Onions, chop as small as possible, rinse under cold water and cover with lemon juice.
Prepare the dressing. To do this, mix all the ingredients and beat well.
Put the chopped bread on the bottom in a special cutting form or in a homemade one, like mine, and tamp it slightly. Drizzle with the dressing.
Then remove the onion from the marinade and place on top of the bread.
Then there are potatoes and tomatoes, and then iceberg salad. Each layer should be lightly pressed and lightly watered with dressing.
Then the turn of cucumbers and fish, which must first be finely chopped. Let the salad sit for 10 minutes without removing the mold.
