It is better not to fry the chicken fillet in a pan, but to bake it in foil or boil it.
Ingredients
Baked chicken breast fillet - 150 g
Cheese - 70 g
Cherry tomatoes - 10-12 pieces
Medium strong cucumber - 1 pc
Red bell pepper - 1 piece
Purple onion - 1 piece
Olives - 10-12 pieces
Lettuce leaves - 0.5 bunch
Olive oil - 2-3 tablespoons
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Dried basil - pinch

Prepare the ingredients for the Greek Chicken Salad. Wash and dry the vegetables and lettuce with a paper towel.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Slice a cucumber.
Cut the pepper in half, remove the stalk, white partitions and seeds. Cut into large cubes.
Cut the onion into thin rings.
Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands and place on a flat dish or in a salad bowl.
In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, dried basil and black pepper.
Cut the chicken fillet into thin slices and place on the lettuce leaves. Add cherry tomatoes, cucumber, peppers and onions.
Cut the cheese into small cubes and add to the salad. Place olives on top. Pour the dressing over the salad.
