Boiled beef - 200 g
Marinated champignons - 150 g
Hard cheese - 80 g
Canned corn - 1 can
Green onion - 4 feathers
Cilantro - to taste
Dill - to taste
Pickled cucumbers - 3 pcs.
Lettuce leaves - 3 pcs.

Today we are preparing a salad with meat and pickled mushrooms. There are many different recipes on the Internet, and their dressing is different. I wanted to cook something not very familiar, with a spicy sauce. I added horseradish and sweet chili sauce to the mayonnaise, and it tasted very interesting. Additives can be omitted if desired.
For the preparation of meat salad with mushrooms, take all the products on the list.
To prepare the salad, you need to chop the herbs and add to the salad bowl.
Chop the pickled cucumbers and mushrooms finely. Also add to salad bowl.
Grind boiled beef and hard cheese. Someone likes to grate cheese, but I like to cut into strips.
Combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl, add pickled corn, it is not necessary to add the whole jar, perhaps half will be enough.
Prepare a dressing by mixing all of the ingredients listed above.
The salad can be served without dressing, adding it directly to your plates.
