Salad with cod liver, egg and onion is so easy to prepare that even a schoolboy can cope with its creation! However, the dish turns out to be so juicy and aromatic that everyone will want to eat it. Instead of green onions, you can use wild garlic, green shoots of garlic - the salad turns out to be even more aromatic and piquant. Remember that cod liver is a very high-calorie product, so it is better not to add mayonnaise or vegetable oil to the dish.
